How does payment work?
We require a 50% deposit upfront to begin work. The remaining 50% is due before the site goes live. The deposit is non-refundable.
How long does it take?
Most websites go live within 5 working days from when we receive your content (text, images, logo). Custom builds may take longer depending on complexity.
Do I need to provide content?
You provide your business details, photos, and any text you want. We take care of the design, layout, and technical setup.
What if I need changes after launch?
Content and image updates (e.g. changing menu prices, swapping team photos, updating business hours) are a once-off R500 per update request.
Can I add more pages later?
Absolutely. Additional pages are R500 each and can be added at any time.
