How it works

Send the enquiry

Fill out the form below with date, venue, and a short brief. The more detail, the better — capacity, setup, and on-stage requirements all help.

We confirm availability

Within 48 hours we reply with availability, pricing, and a copy of the technical rider. Kairo tours with a five-piece live band by default.

/ 03

Contract & payment

Once confirmed, we send a simple contract (SA-English, plain text) and a 30% deposit invoice to lock the date.

/ 04

Load in & soundcheck

Standard load-in 6 hours before doors, 90-minute soundcheck, 75-minute headline set. Custom visual rig travels with us.
